What you’ll do | Hei mahi 

Reporting to the eCommerce Operations Manager, this role ensures seamless daily operations across stores, CFCs and eStores. You'll establish support systems, maintain readiness, drive continuous improvement, build team capability, own processes, use data to enhance performance, and collaborate cross-functionally for efficient, compliant, customer-centric eCommerce fulfilment, while coordinating seasonal events and managing risk.

You will:

  • Lead eCommerce Operations Run & Operate support as a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  • Equip stores with eCommerce systems and current Promapp processes. Support and operationalize eCommerce capacity and planning

  • Build team capability through training, standardized tools, and knowledge-sharing 

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire eCommerce fulfilment process, identifying dependencies and opportunities

  • Act as the primary contact for operational process inquiries, coordinating with various teams (fulfilment, support, product, finance, property, productivity) to align efforts for renewals and new stores

  • Be the go-to for eCommerce equipment and demand planning

  • Utilize data and system insights for improvement, monitor performance metrics, and foster continuous improvement by benchmarking best practices and addressing operational issues.

 

What you’ll bring | Hei koha 

  • Extensive experience in eCommerce operations

  • Strong background in process ownership and governance, including defining, documenting, auditing, and improving operational processes (e.g., using Promapp)

  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational readiness and optimization

  • Experience leveraging data and insights to drive performance improvements and inform decision-making in an operational context

  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement,Experience in developing and delivering training programs

  • 5+ years leading projects

  • 5+ years in eCommerce/Retail
