You’ll support the integrated planning function within the eComX team, contributing to the effective alignment and execution of digital commerce initiatives across owned channels. This role will assist in the development and maintenance of content and merchandise plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across relevant teams.
The key responsibilities include:
- Support Owned Channel Content Calendar: Assist in the development, maintenance, and communication of the Master Owned Channel Content Calendar (Woolworths Web, Woolworths App, Woolworths EDM), ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Contribute to Shared Planning Resource: Help maintain and update the shared resource detailing owned channel customer messaging and placements.
- Collaborate with Business Partners: Support the collaboration with various business teams to understand their needs and relay information to the broader eComX team.
- Assist in Prioritization: Support the prioritization of tasks and activities based on guidance from senior team members to contribute to key commercial outcomes.
- Support Digital Go-To-Market Activity: Assist in the execution of digital go-to-market activities on owned channels, following established plans.
- Contribute to Trade Planning: Provide support to the Trade & Commercial teams in the integration of digital channel activities within the overall trade plan.
- Track Cross-Squad Deadlines: Monitor and track deadlines across dependent eComX squads, escalating potential issues as needed.

As an Integrated Planning Specialist will play a key role in supporting the delivery of impactful customer experiences and contributing to Woolworths NZ's online growth objectives by facilitating the translation of plans into actionable tasks and monitoring progress.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, project support, or marketing role, ideally within an eCommerce or retail environment.
- Experience supporting project or campaign execution is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, 1 PowerPoint).
