The Opportunity

The eCom Subscription Manager leads the strategic growth and management of the Delivery Unlimited subscription program and the integration of EDR loyalty with eCom teams. The primary focus is to increase the programs’ profitable contribution, drive collection mix among subscribers, maximize subscriber sales, and enhance subscriber Net Promoter Score (NPS). This role includes creating and overseeing both short-term and long-term subscription strategies alongside the Business Growth team, and identifying opportunities to leverage the subscription to support broader eCommerce objectives.


What you’ll do

Reporting to the Head of Business Growth, the eCom Subscription Manager collaboratively manages the Delivery Unlimited program, ensuring its growth and alignment with eCommerce goals across operations, marketing, technology, finance, and customer service teams.

  • Work with technology teams to optimize the subscription platform and customer experience

  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts related to the Delivery Unlimited program

  • Identify and implement strategies to leverage the subscription program to support broader eCommerce goals (e.g., driving off-peak demand, promoting specific product categories)

  • Analyse subscriber data and identify key insights

  • Support development and implementation of marketing campaigns to drive subscription acquisition, engagement, and retention

  • Developing and presenting strategic plans and performance reports to management


What you’ll bring

  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce business models and subscription program best practices

  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing, and retention strategies

  • Proven experience driving program growth and profitability

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
