What you’ll do | Hei mahi

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to continuously improve the member experience by crafting accurate, clear and meaningful copy across digital touchpoints, including web, app and email. 


Specifically, the role will see you:

  • Producing clear and meaningful product copy that drives digital member experience and engagement
  • Producing engaging copy for targeted marketing activity, consistent with the digital member experience across Everyday NZ and Loyalty Partners
  • Using data, research and insights to inform decisions, test and measure copy effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve the member experience 
  • Actively seeking out and suggesting ways to improve processes and workflow
  • Evolving and advocating for tone of voice in digital channels
  • Applying standards for readability, as well as accessible and inclusive language


What you’ll bring | Hei koha

You are a well-rounded UX Writer who enjoys crafting messages that engage customers, across both digital experience and marketing campaigns. You will be used to working in highly collaborative and fast-paced environments and have confident communication skills. 


To be successful in this position, you will be able to:

  • Create member-focussed copy 
  • Communicate with confidence and influence to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Utilise and advocate for copy standards, including tone of voice, language, and accessibility 
  • Create effective ways to communicate complex concepts and information to members.
  • Optimise processes and ways of working 
  • Test, measure and validate copy impact, both qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Build relationships and partner with a variety of team members
  • Work in a fast-paced environment

  • Salary $75,000 to $95,000 per annum (40 hours per week)
