What you’ll do


  • Research strategy: identify research needs, prioritise, and manage research initiatives.
  • Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders across various disciplines (Design, Product, Marketing, Experimentation, Strategy).
  • Conduct research projects using HCD methods and techniques, supporting all stages of the product design process (ideation to evaluation) to uncover opportunities and latent customer needs
  • Generate actionable insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate product experiences and effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders with varying needs.
  • Manage research operations; including research processes, participant recruitment, and research tooling.
  • Mentor and advocate for our UX HCD thinking methods and best practices across a mature design practice


What you’ll bring


  • Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in UX Research, Service Design, or UX Design with a strong research focus.
  • Previous Project Management experience, ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience and strong focus in qualitative research methods with an ability to conduct quantitative research.
  • Previous experience and strong knowledge of Human-Centred Design principles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with an engaging presentation style.
