What you’ll do | Hei mahi
UX Designer will be part of our Product & Design Chapter, responsible for crafting and delivering the customer and team experience in their product and service space. Working as part of a cross-functional team they conduct UX activities and embed design thinking and continuous discovery to create industry-leading products and experiences that solve real problems & maximise business value.
The Key Responsibilities include:
Work in close collaboration with Product Owners, cross-functional squads and other UX designers to design experiences for our customers and store teams
Support in identifying design problems and opportunities to deliver value to customers, team and maximise business value high-fidelity production-ready UI and visual designs
Communicate the design intent to the product team and wider stakeholders to achieve buy-in for your designs
Support the embedding of continuous discovery in collaboration with other UX Designers, Product and Technology leads
Facilitate design workshops and co-design sessions and participate in Design Sprints
Leverage insights and analytics to make data driven decisions around design prioritisation and story slicing to deliver value incrementally
Support continuous improvement and embedding of our Experience Design Playbook and contribute to our design system
What you’ll bring | Hei koha
You will bring in UX, Product or service design experience.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Experience working within Agile/Product teams is preferred
Has designed for a multitude of platforms (web, iOS, Android, etc) and cross-channel digital-physical experiences but can be a specialist or broad designer across multiple
Experience in retail or e-commerce environments is a significant advantage
