About the Role 


The Transformation Lead will  partner with leadership teams and critical stakeholders to shape and drive transformation priorities and associated OKRs, from inception to delivery of value


  • Role model Woolworths values and ways of working and ensure connection with our purpose of Better Together 

  • Design, mobilise and lead programs of work to deliver transformation priorities and associated OKRs from inception to value, across our quarterly delivery cycles

  • Partner with leadership teams to shape a compelling strategic narrative about the transformation that builds emotional buy in from all levels

  • Facilitate the strategic planning and solutions design process to shape transformation roadmaps and plans

  • Orchestrate strategic change by aligning stakeholders, addressing programmatic risk and shaping solutions in partnership with executives, leadership teams and critical stakeholders

  • Leverage listening and data to ensure effective solutions design and drive performance

  • Coordinate with Executives, leadership teams, relevant Chapter Leads and Product Owners to shape capacity and capability requirements to deliver agreed transformation outcomes

  • Lead budget planning and business case development activities that support investment requirements 

  • Lead an effective team and build capability in strategic thinking, change, agile delivery and transformation enablement

 

About You 

  • Track record of managing and delivering transformational change as well as results

  • Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

  • Strong ability to think strategically and continuously explore new ways to understand and deliver on changing customer needs

  • Proven success influencing at all levels and managing multiple stakeholders

  • Experience in a similar position and a successful track record of delivering customer and team first commercial and strategic outcomes
