The Transformation Consultant is a pivotal role within our dynamic Transformation team, playing a key role in supporting strategic transformation initiatives within Woolworths NZ, ensuring that we achieve our business goals. You will be actively involved in a range of transformation initiatives, applying your knowledge and expertise to drive successful outcomes.

 

What will you do: 

  • Assist in the coordination and management of aspects of our transformation journey, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Work closely with senior leaders across our business, responsible for supporting and delivering on key transformation initiatives
  • Support end-to-end transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on operating model design and delivery, ways of working and transformation programme delivery. This involves ‘going deep’ into how we adapt our structure, our processes, and how we best utilise technology to achieve our strategic ambition
  • Enable Strategy and Transformation leaders and key business stakeholders to help define strategic priorities, develop implementation plans, and manage the execution of transformation initiatives

 

What you will bring: 

  • Extensive experience in end-to-end transformation programmes with large enterprise organisations or government entities, and may have experience in a Big 4 or another consulting organisation
  • Experience in operating model design and delivery (which may include; process / service design, workforce management / organisational design, implementation planning and roadmapping, business case development, business capability modelling, business and technology requirements gathering / documentation)
  • Experience in Agile ways of working within a large matrix organisation 
  • Strategic prioritisation & implementation planning experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
