What you'll do


The Transformation Consultant role is designed to work collaboratively within a small project teams to enable strategic transformation initiatives across the Group. You will play a pivotal role in key workstreams within a transformation journey from initial discovery, program planning and delivery through to activating key initiatives. Key responsibilities include:  

  • Creating relevant insights based on a balance of qualitative inputs from key stakeholder groups and using data to synthesise key issues or opportunities to be addressed through the transformation 
  • Contribute to the development of effective transformation strategy and roadmap; with ownership for developing and executing key workstream plans 
  • Prepare effective presentations and deliver recommendations, in partnership with relevant partners including Strategy, People, Finance and Transformation counterparts during diagnosis, design and mobilisation efforts
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with a cross section of senior leaders.
     

What you’ll bring


You will bring with you minimum 4 years experience gained within a professional services / consulting environment.  During this time you will have developed a broad range of skills experiences across project & change management, operating model design and activation ideally within complex or agile environment.  Additional skills also include   

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic organisation change strategies, including transitioning to Agile ways of working at scale
  • Experience in operating model design and activation across ways of working, organising and delivering in an Agile at scale context
  • Ability to identify, track, and realise the benefits of transformation initiatives
  • Foundational business analysis including assessing qualitative and quantitative information, document business needs and requirements
  • Experienced facilitation skills, including engaging senior leadership
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Optimistic for what’s possible, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and cut through the complex with compelling communication.
