What you'll do


We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and service-focused individual to join the Woolworths People Advisory Admin team, working in our Eight Mile Plains office. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to our valued Woolworths team members, stores and third party stakeholders through web queries and occasional outbound calls. Handle and resolve standard HR and People Advisory queries via Salesforce, following case management procedures to ensure the timely delivery of consistent and accurate responses.

  • Process requests for external parties, including government agencies, real estates, and vendors

  • Handle administrative requests such as completing training bookings and managing learning administration

  • Provide high-quality support by performing all daily tasks with a high level of attention to detail

  • Ensure consistency across all processes and maintain full compliance with all legal and privacy legislation

  • Maintain a risk lens by strictly following processes, protecting personal information, and quickly adapting to system changes to drive efficiency

  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders


What you will bring

  • Strong computer literacy and system agility, adept at multi-tasking across multiple systems

  • Keeping a goal-oriented focus to consistently achieve KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Ability to execute all tasks with high attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency to maintain data integrity

  • Using clear and precise communication to convey advice and information confidently to all stakeholders

  • Applying strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment to drive positive outcomes and resolve complex issues
