What you’ll do
As a Test Analyst, your primary purpose is to act as a quality advocate within a collaborative Agile squad. You are responsible for ensuring that every feature delivers meaningful value to customers, sellers, and partners by embedding quality into the entire development lifecycle. You will drive a "shift-left" culture, moving testing earlier in the process to identify risks and gaps before they become costly issues.
Key accountabilities include:
Drive a whole-team quality culture with a 'shift-left' approach, ensuring collaboration from project kickoff through release.
Implement the Test Pyramid, prioritizing strong service/API layer coverage, supported by integration and minimal critical end-to-end tests.
Prioritize risk-based testing on high-impact areas; ensure all requirements are testable and align with delivery timelines.
Analyze requirements early and define comprehensive test strategies, covering scope, automation, and environments for team alignment.
Develop robust automated test suites, conduct full-spectrum testing (system to UAT), and drive timely resolution of detailed, logged defects.
What you’ll bring
Experience in E-commerce across both B2C (checkout, storefronts) and B2B (supplier onboarding) ecosystems.
Proficiency in technical testing for event-driven systems, message queues, webhooks, and asynchronous workflows.
Experience with modern automation frameworks, API testing, and seamless integration into CI/CD pipelines.
Practical knowledge of ETL processes, managing high-quality test data, and working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Ability to balance automation and manual testing based on risk, and confidently communicate technical issues to stakeholders.
