What you'll do

As a Team Experience Partner, you’ll be a strategic partner to our leadership team and drive forward strategic people initiatives, helping leaders navigate and solve complex problems.

• Strategically partner with business leaders, coaching and influencing stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of key programs of work
• Shape leadership team impact through talent, succession and team effectiveness initiatives 
• Elevate and embedded team narrative and engagement plans
• Identifying and prioritising key capabilities to enable career experiences that find, grow and keep our talent
• Lead the development and implementation of key streams of work across your portfolio
• Create & leverage data and insights across the BU to help inform business leaders, People team and Tribe on progress to goals, opportunities to celebrate success or change direction
