What you'll do
As a TXP, you’ll be a strategic partner supporting operational leaders & our stores across “Zone 2” NSW/ACT Woolworths Supermarkets which covers our ACT stores, to regional NSW. As an experienced people partner, you will help our store leaders navigate and solve complex problems and drive forward strategic people initiatives. You will coach, advise, design and deliver initiatives on key people priorities like team effectiveness, growth and impact, development, performance, organisational design, change management, culture and engagement.
You will play a lead role in shaping culture and future proofing our business by:
Shaping leadership team impact through talent, succession and team effectiveness initiatives.
Strategically partner with business leaders, coaching and influencing stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of key programs of work.
Leading the development and implementation of key streams of work across the BU, in partnership with relevant People Leads, Business Leads and Tribe Leads.
Creating & leveraging data and insights across the BU to help inform business leaders, People team and Tribe on progress to goals, opportunities to celebrate success or change direction.
This role requires the successful candidate to be based in Canberra, as the central location for the Zone operations, with an ability to travel across the region 3-4 days per week, including occasional overnight travel and quarterly overnight stay in Sydney.

Must have HR partnering experience, with the ability to influence and support across a range of matters (ER, safety, investigations, store damage ect).
Knowledge of both ACT & NSW legislation and policies to partner with frontline operations, end to end.
Act as an advisor, balancing long-term strategy with a hands-on approach to execution to deliver an impactful change program.
Manage complex relationships with internal stakeholders, from in-store to senior management.
Navigate fast-moving priorities with initiative and autonomy, effectively identifying opportunities and mitigating risks before they arise.
