What you’ll do

  • Actively promote innovation by challenging current processes and implementing system improvements to drive DC efficiency.
  • Maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure total data integrity between WMS and SAP.
  • Act as the primary contact for system issues, troubleshooting and resolving failures quickly to maintain service standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and collaborator for DC teams, national support, and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake investigations based on the Stocktake Audit team.
  • Ensure service levels to stores and DC are to the highest standards
  • Provide triage support for non MHE equipment in collaboration with warehouse IT support.
  • Manage all facets of process improvement activity including: planning, communication, implementation and post change reviews


What you’ll bring

  • Experience in warehouse systems & operations is advantageous
  • Results orientated
  • Availability to work weekends when required for testing
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Team Player, willing to pitch in when required
  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving approaches
  • Strong time management and administrative skills
  • Experience in collaborating with others to achieve outcomes and driving accountability in others to deliver results
