We’re looking for a Supply Planning Specialist for our Frozen portfolio to join our Replenishment team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Supply Planning Manager. Joining our Replenishment team you’ll take accountability for streamlining the flow of goods from our local suppliers to our distribution centres and right to our stores! Using advanced planning systems, and working collaboratively with our suppliers, Merch and Replenishment teams, you’ll ensure we purchase the right products, the right quantities and at the right time.

What you'll do | Hei mahi

• You’ll be responsible for effective planning with our Local Supplier Partners to identify efficiencies internally and externally and balancing stock holding against network constraints/variability

• With efficient use of our WWNZ systems, you’ll be accountable to order stock into distribution centres and monitor stock holding and demand to maximise stock availability for stores and hold optimal inventory as per agreed budgets

• You will create operating rhythms with suppliers that are tailor made to the way we operate together, facilitating strong collaboration between all parties involved

What you’ll bring | Hei koha

To succeed in this role you will need to bring Planning experience having worked extensively with Suppliers . You’ll be someone with high attention to detail, system literate being able to navigate our bespoke systems. You  will be able to influence and encourage authentic conversations with key stakeholders, while being adept at communicating clearly and concisely. You will have intermediate Excel skills and ideally familiar with SAP systems. It will be your ability to learn and grow from the best of the bunch, your willingness to contribute to success and winning attitude that will really set you apart!
