We're looking for a skilled Supply Planning Specialist to join our Replenishment team here in Aotearoa. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, you will manage a unique hybrid portfolio across Fresh and Produce.
This is a newly created role offering the complexity and strategic exposure required for a high-performing individual to broaden their professional footprint. You will be joining at an exciting time, specifically supporting major end-to-end projects within the Fresh space.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and execute specific supply planning projects, navigating new constraints and implementing innovative ideas.
- Accountable for streamlining the flow of goods from local suppliers to distribution centres and right to our stores.
- Use advanced planning systems and specific tools to ensure we purchase the right products in the right quantities at the right time.
- Understand factors driving demand and availability, including pricing, promotions, and seasonality.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders through regular collaboration meetings to drive improved service results.

To succeed in this strategic role, you will be a seasoned professional who enjoys working at pace and can navigate complex supply chain challenges.
- Proven background in Supply Planning, ideally within the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Previous experience in Fresh or Food categories is highly preferred.
- The ability to influence and encourage authentic conversations with key stakeholders, communicating clearly and concisely.
- High level of systems literacy with the ability to navigate bespoke systems. Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and Google applications is ideal.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently on complex projects while remaining a core part of the team.
