What you’ll do

Support the Procurement and Planning team by handling administrative tasks that follow buying and processing activities. Ensure a smooth process for account management, including reconciliation and finalisation. These efforts support month-end closing, enabling fast and precise financial and stock on hand reporting.

By taking ownership of administrative tasks, the Supply Chain Administrator improves both supplier and B2B relationships within the Woolworths network. This increased supply chain productivity minimizes costs, maximizes product flow, and ensures efficient reporting.

  • Ensure accurate and timely supplier order reconciliation and payment, leading discrepancy investigations
  • Consolidate third-party inventory reporting for clear visibility and support primary processing with timely vendor stock updates
  • Collaborate with Primary Connect to manage Proof of Delivery documentation for accurate account reconciliation
  • Foster a collaborative environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting operational excellence through communication and process improvement

 

What you’ll bring

  • 2-3 years' experience in supply chain administration (FMCG preferred) with practical exposure to order management, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships

  • Demonstrated experience in accounts reconciliation and financial data analysis, including identifying and resolving discrepancies

  • Proven ability to use supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, inventory software) for data input, processing, and analysis

  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and logistics providers

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and driving operational efficiency within the supply chain
