What you'll do

• Design & Develop Software Solutions: Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software solutions, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, translate designs into functional software, and integrate with backend systems.

• Ensure Code Quality & Performance: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality, performance, and security.

• Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team retrospectives, identifying opportunities to improve development processes, tools, and code quality.

• Stay Abreast of Technology Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends, technologies, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge.

What you’ll bring

As a Software Engineer, you will have 2+ years of proven experience in software development, ideally within a fast-paced, agile environment, demonstrating the following skillset:

• Software Development Expertise: You have a strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. You are proficient in at least one modern programming language .Net, C#, JavaScript  and have experience working with relevant frameworks and tools.

• Problem-Solving & Debugging Skills: You are a logical thinker with a knack for identifying and resolving technical issues. You are proficient in debugging software applications and can effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Collaboration & Communication: You thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. You are comfortable sharing your knowledge and actively participating in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Quality & Security Focus: You understand the importance of code quality, security, and performance. You write clean, well-documented code and are familiar with security best practices and testing methodologies.

• Continuous Learner: You are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest software development trends, technologies, and best practices. You are eager to learn new skills and expand your knowledge base.
