What you’ll do
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our team’s capabilities are perfectly aligned with our operational needs. Reporting to the Enablement & Assurance Manager, you will lead a team of workplace coaches to build a sustainable workforce prepared for peak demands and future growth.
Deliver effective training programs and initiatives designed for long-term workforce sustainability
Partner with Workforce Planners and site leadership to identify skill and resource gaps, and lead upskilling strategies to support team development
Oversee site-wide training compliance to maintain a "safety-first" culture
Prepare weekly reports on training success and compliance metrics to inform site decision-making
What you’ll bring
Ability to coach, motivate and inspire teams to stretch their capabilities
Proactive mindset, dedicated to developing team potential
Certificate 4 in Workplace Coaching/Training & Assessment is desirable
Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication skills, ensuring information is understood by team members
