What you’ll do
As a Shift Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operational aspects of our Mulgrave Distribution Centre to ensure world-class performance across service, safety and value.
Manage a high-performing team through effective leadership, coaching and mentoring
Oversee operational KPIs, ensuring resource planning is within budget and aligned with forecasts.
Champion safety by promoting safety values, ensuring compliance with relevant health and environment policies.
Drive continuous improvement and engagement across the DC operation.
What you’ll bring
We are looking for a people leader who is committed to bringing out the best in their team and models integrity in decision-making. You want your team to succeed and develop while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and accountability.
Proven operational leadership and people management experience, within FMCG, distribution, or a retail environment.
Strong commercial acumen, planning and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading change using continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or lean processing principles.
Expertise in managing safety and compliance, including knowledge of relevant OH&S and return to work legislation.
