What you’ll do  

  • Work in conjunction with the automated fulfillment team to achieve site objectives to drive operational performance including, achievement on throughput key targets, costs and profitability
  • Accountable for supporting the delivery of site P&L, including continuous improvements to deliver improved results year on year
  • Collaborate with internal and external support teams to improve automation, systems, data, processes and controls that enable improved operations.
  • Leading and contributing to strategy development, target setting and performance improvement across the CFC
  • Build strong relationships with partners throughout Operations including our Delivery partners up and downstream.


What you’ll bring 

Operational leadership with exceptional relationship and team building capabilities

  • Proven experience in managing a multi skilled dynamic team across multiple shifts within a 24hr 7 day per week operation.
  • A successful track record of operational delivery and building successful teams in a highly visible area of operation
  • Retail, manufacturing or large scale supply chain leadership experience.
  • Ability to coach, motivate and inspire the team to stretch their capabilities
  • Communicate information and ideas to the team in a clear and focused way that is understood by team members and achieves outcomes
  • Experience working to a budget to achieve business targets including COBD and throughput
