What will you be doing
Solution Architecture Delivery:
Develop, maintain, and communicate high-level strategy & roadmaps for optimising the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
Accountable for the establishment, maintenance, and execution of best practices in ServiceNow architecture development, ensuring governance processes drive solution quality and meet organisational standards.
Contribute to the development and enforcement of ServiceNow design principles, standards, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies while reducing technical debt and optimising platform performance.
Accountable for the integration designs of ServiceNow with other platforms and/or third party ServiceNow instances.
Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions, with a specific focus on ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations ensuring they are built according to business requirements, organisational standards, and IT strategy, with a focus on leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities and supporting accuracy and completeness of the configuration management database (CMDB).
Engage in hands-on ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, configuration, integration, and customization, to ensure solution feasibility and quality.
Investigate and recommend opportunities for platform optimisation and innovation within ServiceNow, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of industry trends while enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.
Stakeholder Engagement and Vendor Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Heads of Business Units, ServiceNow vendors to ensure alignment on architecture direction and platform priorities.
Provide expert guidance and technology advice and work closely with product and process owners, assisting in the formulation of platform strategy, platform investments, and ServiceNow roadmap decisions.
What will you bring
5+ years experience working within the IT Industry/retail services or in technology consulting across multiple modules in ServiceNow
Strong leadership skills & communications skills with the ability to relate to, negotiate with and influence senior stakeholders.
Highly motivated and able to manage competing priorities.
Desire for learning and continuous improvement. Ability to stay up-to-date with the ServiceNow platform and leverage new capabilities to support business needs
ServiceNow Certified implementation specialist, ServiceNow certified Technical architect , ITIL Foundations V4, TOGAF certifications are desirable
