What you’ll do
The Service Assurance Analyst provides effective support by managing incidents and problem resolution with service providers, adhering to best practices, and communicating with Stakeholders.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with IT outsourcing partners and suppliers, ensuring service performance, issue resolution , and adherence to contracts
- Acts as an ITIL expert, improving existing processes and procedures for efficient business and systems operations.
- Drives process change, integrating new processes while minimizing disruption.
- Manages and contributes to incidents, problems, changes, or projects with significant service impact.
- Oversees and ensures prompt resolution of major technical incidents, coordinating teams, investigations, and communication to stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years experience minimum in a Service Assurance/Delivery role.
- Extensive experience in Servvice Assurance/Delivery, implementing ITIL/service management strategies and processes
- Meat Industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong relationship management skills with Stakeholders, colleagues, and users, focused on high-quality service delivery and meeting targets
- Strong analytical skills, capable of quickly understanding complex problems and resolving conflicting information.
- Flexible and deadline-driven approach to work, maintaining high standards and extensive experience in managed services and service delivery environments.
