What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our team, primarily focusing on strategic sourcing BAU operations and transformation projects. This is a great opportunity to work with large datasets on high-impact data projects that will reach a substantial customer base. We are seeking candidates with 5-10 years of experience and expertise in: 

  • Utilise data trends and analytical skills to identify current and future trends and processes that may present risks or opportunities for business improvement 
  • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders who have diverse interests and priorities, adapting communication and influencing styles to foster collaboration 
  • Develop and articulate the strategic direction of the Group and individual businesses, and demonstrate how the sourcing function can contribute through relevant strategies
  • Manage and maintain large datasets to support the broader team
  • Demonstrate strong commercial and analytical acumen, creativity, resourcefulness and excellent partnership skills, enabling you to influence and drive results

 

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in an analytical role within FMCG or Retail
  • Essential: Big Query or SQL skills
  • Finance Planning & Analysis experience is viewed favourably 
  • Tableau and Looker Studio skills are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sourcing strategies and implement cross-functional solutions
  • Experience in identifying risks and opportunities to support COGS initiatives 
  • Excellent interpersonal, data visualisation and communication skills
