What you’ll do


  • Enhance our commercial management and cost control strategies, directly supporting the internal teams to ensure governance and value management across all projects. 
  • Developing standardised templates, providing commercial reviews of store schemes, market engagement and ensuring the quality of data inputs. 
  • Drive best-in-class cost management, adopting an end-to-end perspective across 360 and its associated partners.
  • Navigate the evolving commercial landscape, leveraging data and analytics to uncover new commercial opportunities and determine the optimal model that strikes a balance between customer and Team satisfaction, safety, and profitability.
  • Collaborate effectively in a complex matrix environment, partner with diverse internal and external stakeholders, solve problems and enhance overall business performance.
  • Identify risks and develop robust mitigation strategies, encompassing both financial and business performance risks.


What you’ll bring


  • Previous experience within the construction industry as either a Senior Cost Manager or  Associate Director level with a strong Quantity Surveying skill set
  • Deep understanding of cost management principles, combined with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills, to drive the financial and commercial success of our national capital programs.
  • Experience in retail projects or involvement in a large program of work is preferred.
  • Superior financial analysis skills that drive compelling and actionable insights 
  • The ability to build strong relationships founded on trust and thought leadership and the ability to then deliver clear value and influence an outcome
  • Experience creating and driving strategy and developing the narrative to present to senior leaders
  • Highly developed written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to synthesise different sources of data into compelling reports and recommendations
  • Strong data stewardship capabilities, with the ability to review, manage, and leverage data to generate insights that enhance our processes and overall performance.
