What you,ll do

The Senior Program Manager at W Digital acts as a critical "connective layer" between executive strategy and tactical execution. This role is responsible for orchestrating a high-stakes delivery ecosystem across one or two specific digital domains (across the Loyalty, Plan & Shop, Fulfillment, Enablement domains). You will ensure that the entire delivery journey is seamless, scalable, and profitable while driving program delivery excellence and predictability across the W Digital portfolio.


  • End-to-End Domain Leadership: Own and execute the W Digital roadmap for 1–2 key domains, synchronising technical delivery with overarching business and digital strategies
  • Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with Heads of Tech,Group Tech, Program Delivery, and SMEs to orchestrate domain requirements, resolve dependencies, and bridge digital vision with commercial reality
  • Cross-Functional Program Delivery: Collaborate across digital and business units to manage cross-domain dependencies, streamline delivery pipelines, and directly lead high-priority, critical initiatives.
  • Agile Process & Delivery Excellence: Support portfolio management while driving continuous improvements in Agile practices to elevate team productivity, delivery predictability, and output quality
  • Tech Savvy Problem Solving: Leverage a strong grasp of current and emerging digital technologies to solve complex business challenges and drive modern solutions.
  • People Leadership & Coaching: Manage, mentor, and empower a team of Project Managers, cultivating a high-performance culture that elevates them from "task-trackers" to "strategic owners."
  • Financial Oversight & ROI: Develop and manage domain CapEx budgets in close partnership with Finance teams to ensure accurate tracking, strict governance, and maximum ROI.

What you’ll bring

  • 12+ years in large-scale Program/Project Management within complex, matrixed digital or e-commerce environments, backed by a relevant degree and PM/Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAFe).
  •  5+ years of direct line management experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor teams and build high-trust relationships at Director and C-suite levels.
  • Exceptional ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to highly complex, unstructured matrix environments while remaining agile and adaptable.
  • Driven by practical, high-impact solutions, translating strategic plans into measurable, on-time digital deliverables with a focus on efficiency and value.
  • Deep domain expertise in enterprise-scale digital transformations, dependency management, and modern Agile/Scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Strong analytical mindset utilizing a data-backed approach to tackle complex challenges, mitigate risks, and make sound strategic decisions.
  • Hands-on experience developing, tracking, and optimizing multi-million-dollar CapEx and OpEx budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • High emotional intelligence, self-direction, and executive level communication skills to lead through change, navigate friction, and drive results under  .
