What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager, Client Experience, you will lead the product strategy and delivery for the end-to-end client experience of the Ads Manager platform. Your mission is to make it easy for our clients to plan, buy and measure their advertising campaigns. You’ll act as a product leader, turning strategic vision into an executable plan, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to drive adoption and engagement with the Ads Manager platform. You will represent our clients' wants and needs in everything you do, while evangelising the value and benefits of Ads Manager.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
Collaborate with tech, design, and stakeholders to define and execute a strategy and roadmap that aligns with business and client objectives.
Lead the end-to-end client journey using research, data, and design partnerships to improve usability, self-service capabilities, and time-to-value for Ads Manager users.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Cartology products, ensuring the Ads Manager platform integrates seamlessly and supports client campaign and ecosystem goals.
Foster close teamwork between tech, design, and other functions to ensure shared goals and a smooth platform development process.
Champion product best practices, including planning, design, experimentation, and continuous improvement, to maintain high quality.
Drive revenue and profit growth, ensure on-time delivery of initiatives within budget, and improve features to boost client satisfaction and NPS ratings.
What you’ll bring
Extensive product management experience, specifically leading and scaling complex B2B or SaaS platforms from initial strategy through to successful execution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to articulate and secure organizational alignment on high-impact product strategies.
Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining high quality standards with a strong commitment to delivering a superior, client-centric experience.
A proactive, accountable attitude, demonstrating a commitment to fostering strong team relationships while maintaining a growth mindset that actively seeks and incorporates feedback.
Experience within the Retail Media industry or practical knowledge gained from building and working with eCommerce platforms is highly desirable.
Experience in developing or managing complex SaaS platforms, enterprise-grade software, or internal tooling is considered an asset for this position.
