What you'll do
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the teams responsible for our CRM, order management and campaign delivery platforms. This role is accountable for the delivery, quality and long-term stability of the systems that power our commercial engine. You will play a pivotal role in executing an ambitious roadmap, including the deployment of the Adobe Workfront and DAM suite for creative management and the streamlining of our order management and pricing processes. This is a role for a leader comfortable coordinating multiple high-impact streams of work in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Platform Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for our core campaign and commerce platforms, ensuring long-term scalability, security and reliability.
Multi-Stream Delivery: Lead the successful deployment of key initiatives including Adobe Workfront and the DAM suite while managing concurrent streams focused on streamlining order management and pricing logic.
Delivery & Product Quality: Take direct accountability for the successful delivery and high-quality performance of product features, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and the broader business.
Engineering & Governance: Lead the engineering of our platform infrastructure, bespoke applications and integrations, establishing high standards for security, governance and operational excellence.
Platform Stability: Proactively manage technical health and platform maturity to ensure long-term stability, resilience and performance under high-scale demands.
Team Leadership: Build, lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Coordination: Partner closely with Sales, Finance and Campaign Ops to provide the foundational technology and support required to deliver high-quality campaign management and commercial solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated Leadership experience leading engineering and operations teams with a focus on high-quality delivery and ability to coordinate multiple streams of work and lead large-scale platform deployments or migrations.
Technical Breadth: Strong proficiency in managing bespoke built applications, ideally with experience in Python or JVM languages like Java or Kotlin.
Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience managing and integrating with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and the Adobe suite.
Data & Visualization: Proficiency in leveraging BigQuery for data insights and Looker for business intelligence visualization.
Integration Expertise: Knowledge of data integration patterns and tools like Google Cloud Composer, Fivetran or dbt.
Agile Delivery: Agile delivery experience, including Scrum and Kanban.
DevOps Mindset: Demonstrated experience leveraging GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
Media & Ad Tech Knowledge: Domain knowledge of the advertising media industry and technology landscape is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
