What you'll do

• Lead Software Development Initiatives: Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex and high-impact software solutions, collaborating closely with other engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into exceptional user experiences.

• Architect & Build Scalable Solutions: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

• Champion Code Quality & Best Practices: Champion code quality, maintainability, and testability through code reviews, automated testing, and the adoption of best practices. Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence.

• Drive Innovation & Experimentation: Stay abreast of the latest software development trends, technologies, and best practices. Explore and experiment with new technologies and approaches to continuously improve the quality, performance, and capabilities of our software solutions.

• Collaborate & Mentor: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and a smooth development process. Mentor and guide junior software engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow and develop their skills.

What you’ll bring

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have 5+ years of experience and a proven portfolio of shipped applications, demonstrating the following skillset:

• Expert Software Developer: You have a deep understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. You are proficient in at least one modern programming language .Net, C#, JavaScript  and have experience working with relevant frameworks and tools.

• Architectural Vision & Problem-Solving: You can design and architect complex software solutions, considering scalability, maintainability, and performance. You are a creative problem-solver who can effectively break down complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.

• Collaboration & Mentorship: You thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. You enjoy mentoring and guiding other engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow and develop their skills.

• Quality & Security Advocate: You are passionate about code quality, security, and performance. You champion best practices, conduct thorough code reviews, and advocate for the adoption of automated testing and other quality assurance measures.

• Continuous Learner: You are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest software development trends, technologies, and best practices. You are eager to learn new skills, experiment with new technologies, and continuously expand your knowledge base.
