What you’ll do


 The Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager exists to ensure Everyday Rewards Partnerships 


  • Engage and reward members through deep partner program integration and experiences. 
  •  Drive significant sales growth to diversify Everyday Rewards revenue


This role is responsible for developing, managing and growing commercial partnerships that drive value for Everyday Rewards and its partners. The Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager will manage and grow existing partnerships and play a key role in driving member engagement to grow member and business value, strengthening Everyday Reward's brand position as the number 1 rewards program in the market.


  • Manage partnership budgets, track ROI, and optimise profitability. Prepare performance reports and monitor against KPIs. Develop and implement a commercial partnership strategy aligned with Everyday Rewards.
  •  Develop and execute joint business plans with partners. Create compelling proposals and presentations. Manage partner onboarding.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders. Serve as the primary contact and provide support.
  •  Oversee partnership operations, ensuring seamless execution and efficient delivery. Resolve operational challenges and implement streamlined processes.
  •  Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Woolworths to support partnership initiatives. Foster a positive team environment and promote continuous improvement.


 What you’ll bring


  • Extensive commercial and strategic business experience (8+ years), including 5+ years managing complex partnerships between large corporations.
  •  Proven ability to influence and build strong executive-level relationships, both internally and externally.
  •  Data-driven, customer-focused, and outcome-oriented approach, with experience creating partnership strategies and securing buy-in.
  •  Strong written and oral communication skills, complemented by robust commercial and financial acumen.
  •  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partnerships concurrently, with a focus on continuous improvement.
