What you'll do 

This is more than a typical BA role. We're looking for the strategic mind who will own the blueprint for our Payroll systems. As the Senior Business Analyst, you are the foundation of every project, responsible for digging deep with business and technical stakeholders to define and document robust requirements (BRDs). You'll then pivot to become the key partner for our tech teams, ensuring your business vision is translated perfectly into technical reality, and finally, steering our QA team to validate that every detail is correct.


You will also:

  • Support application testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by working closely with the development, QA and business testers
  • Build Business Process Documents, Process Flow Charts and Dashboards in conjunction with tech and business teams
  • Work as an Agile Facilitator in Payroll platform squad to manage and prioritise the backlog in collaboration with Product Manager,
  • Facilitate Sprint Planning  Manage sprint progress via daily standup calls, Ensure all the documentation artifacts are maintained in respective folders or on Confluence pages 


What you'll bring

  • A minimum of 5 years  work experience in the SAP HR/Payroll module.
  • Hands-on experience with the SAP Cloud Platform.
  • A proven track record of working in an Agile environment and a commitment to its methodologies.
  • Strong business process knowledge and experience in both Payroll and the broader Culture & People (HR) domain.
  • Solid Stakeholder Engagement and communication skills 
  • Sound Technology acumen - with a good understanding of SAP HCM terminology and integration methodologies such as API, iDocs etc. 
  • Successful and proven results through the full lifecycle of SAP projects and SAP Payroll.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end development processes and methodologies for SAP Payroll.
