What you’ll do 

  • Act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, translating complex needs into structured requirements (Epics, Stories, and Acceptance Criteria) that provide a clear roadmap for both technical and non-technical teams
  • Partner with business and technical teams to develop rigorous test cases, assessing the business impact of changes, and monitoring performance during the release warranty period to quickly resolve any post-launch issues.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process—from planning test windows and coordinating stakeholders to executing business scenarios and ensuring all issues are resolved before final approval.
  • Lead cross-functional analysis of existing systems and data to identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis on systemic issues, and design innovative, sustainable solutions that optimise digital platform effectiveness.


What you’ll bring 

  • Experience in business analysis roles with proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering actionable insights
  • Supply Chain experience, within the FMCG / Food, Beverage & Retail Sector 
  • Ability to focus on the details while maintaining and understanding of the big picture
  • A proactive, delivery-orientated approach - translating insights into actions
  • Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage change within a dynamic environment
  • Confident and effective stakeholder engagement and influence cross-functional teams
