The Opportunity
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'd be crucial in building and launching a centralised, journey-aware personalisation platform. The platform will be creating smooth customer experiences by offering horizontal personalisation features that different product areas, like Search, Browse, and Check-out, can easily use. Your work will involve supporting the strategy for personalising customer journeys from start to finish, tailoring experiences to meet specific goals such as growth or retention.
You'll team up with product, engineering, data science, machine learning, and other business groups to turn big ideas into clear requirements for centralised personalisation features. Additionally, you'll be responsible for setting up consistent rules for personalisation, making sure the platform is scalable and ready for future changes, including privacy regulations and AI advancements.
