The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our FP&A team within Group Enablement.
This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting and providing insightful business partnering to drive cost optimization. You will be a key contributor to the monthly close process, collaborate closely with technology domains, and present financial results to senior leadership.
What you’ll do
- Month-End Close: Execute and oversee critical month-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Tech Domain Partnership: Collaborate with technology domains to ensure accurate capture and reporting of financial results, resolving discrepancies and improving data integrity.
- Business Partnering: Act as a strategic business partner to various business units, providing financial analysis and insights to drive cost efficiency and improve financial performance.
- Financial Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and presentations to senior business executives, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis & Projects: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and participate in special projects as required, providing valuable support to the FP&A team and wider organization.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of business partnering experience in a finance environment, with strong analytical skills.
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure, coupled with strong financial systems and Microsoft Office suite skills.
- Communicates complex financial information clearly and concisely through strong presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrates proactive, results-driven problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and organisational efficiency, both independently and collaboratively.
