What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a Senior Artworker to become the technical anchor and authority for our physical and digital brand presence. In this role, you’ll serve as the technical safety net for the collective providing expert auditing and pre-flighting for high-stakes media dispatches. You’ll own the pre-production pipeline, with expertise in template architecture, and high-volume versioning allowing the collective to deliver complex, multi-variant campaigns with speed and technical certainty. If you can deliver at pace without ever sacrificing technical perfection, this is your next move.
The Final Quality Gate: Act as the ultimate sign-off for all media-bound assets, auditing every file to ensure 100% technical accuracy, perfect localization, and absolute brand consistency.
Oversee Complex Campaigns: Own the technical integrity of large-scale, multi-variant rollouts, spanning localized print, digital out-of-home (DOOH), and mass-reach retail displays.
Streamline Dispatch & Post-Production: Partner with Production Managers on tight deadlines, and collaborate with in-house Retouchers to optimize high-end imagery for complex print and digital environments.
Master Mass-Media Delivery: Lead the end-to-end dispatch process for national publishers and media owners, ensuring all files comfortably beat their rigorous technical standards.
Architect Smart Templates: Collaborate with Creative, Design, and Copy Leads to build foolproof "smart" templates that empower the wider team to scale asset production safely.
Serve as the Print SME: Act as the collective's internal Subject Matter Expert on print production, advising on technical constraints, folding/pagination logic, and pre-press troubleshooting.
Enforce Zero-Error Protocols: Build and maintain standardized pre-flight checklists and dispatch workflows to guarantee zero rejection rates across all media channels.
What you’ll bring:
Experience working within integrated studio environments, with the ability to coach and guide digital teams on technical requirements.A proactive interest in exploring emerging production technologies, platforms, and AI applications to improve production efficiency and team agility.
Background: 5–7+ years as a Senior Artworker or Pre-Press Specialist in a high-volume retail or advertising fast-lane.
Adobe Mastery: Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills, specifically advanced automation logic in InDesign and precision in Illustrator.
Dispatch Expertise: A proven track record of handling mass-market media distribution (National Press, OOH, and multi-page formats like brochures and newszines).
An Eagle Eye: An obsessive, hyper-focused approach to quality control—you spot and kill subtle file errors long before they ever hit production.
Communication: Sharp presentation and influencing skills—you know how to pitch ideas, align teams, and collaborate effortlessly.
Strategic Thinking: Armed with sharp business acumen, you look beyond the pixels to shape creative strategy and solve big-picture problems.
Project Driver: Highly organized with advanced project management chops, ready to take the wheel and lead complex projects independently.
Proactive Fixer: A natural leader who doesn't wait for instructions—you anticipate roadblocks and solve problems before they stall momentum.
What You’ll Experience:
We embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach. Our culture thrives on mutual respect, care, curiosity, openness, and a proactive attitude. We continually seek ways to pair, collaborate, support, and learn from each other as a team!
