What you’ll do

Working within Primary Connect's International Supply Chain team, you will be the analytical engine driving commercial and operational decision-making. You will decode complex logistics data, uncover commercial opportunities, and streamline our international supply chain operations.

  • Onboarding new PC+ customers to ISC CW systems and establish the charge codes and accurate rate cards for “cost” and “sell rate”

  • Manage the costing and revenue registration of the International Supply Chain activities for PC+ customers. Validate the accuracy of the cost and sell rates

  • Commercial & pricing analysis to identify cost-saving and optimisation opportunities. Developing, testing and implementing new cost / revenue / invoice solutions for PC+ customers.

  • Actionable insights and reporting of data into clear outputs and reports that guide strategic decision-making for senior stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks and partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.

  • Act as a key liaison between supply chain operations, finance, and external logistics partners to ensure alignment on performance metrics and commercial targets.


What you’ll bring

You are commercially astute, highly analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. You are curious and solutions-focused, with a a passion for turning complex data into a compelling narrative.

  • Domain Expertise: Experienced business analyst , ideally with a strong background in supply chain, logistics, freighting, or retail.

  • High-level proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI).

  • Proven track record of identifying commercial opportunities, driving pricing strategies, and delivering tangible cost efficiencies.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong background in AP/AR and Tertiary Degree with finance related background (preferrably CPA)
