The Opportunity
This role sits within the Group Risk Enablement Office in the Risk Platform. The Risk Enablement Office plays a crucial role in empowering a community of risk professionals, driving our strategic vision and ensuring our risk strategy is not just a plan, but is delivered. The Risk Enablement Office also oversees and prepares papers for the Risk Committee. At the heart of our role, it is all about fostering a vibrant community of risk specialists, encouraging collaboration of solutions to our shared challenges.
As a Risk Strategy Administrator, you'll be at the heart of how we shape the future of risk at Woolworths. You'll be instrumental in supporting our progress, leveraging technology and AI to turn plans into action, track our progress, research and prepare insightful reports - all to enable the delivery of our strategy.
What you’ll do
- Automate and Enhance Platform: Leverage AI and technology to create data-driven solutions for platform improvement.
- Drive Efficiency & Innovation: Identify and deploy innovative technologies to streamline and automate processes, fostering continuous improvement.
- Monitor Performance: Design and build dashboards to track and monitor strategic performance.
- Provide Data-Driven Insights: Conduct research, benchmark, and analyse data to offer leaders actionable insights.
- Communicate Vision: Create engaging presentations to effectively communicate the vision and drive stakeholder engagement.
- Support Risk Platform: Provide administrative and operational coordination for the efficient functioning of the risk platform.
What you’ll bring
- AI knowledge: understanding and experience in writing AI prompts and responses, including the ability to conduct fact-checking and research within AI tools.
- Technology: familiar with utilising tools such as Gemini, Chat GPT, BI Dashboard and the Google suite (sheets, slides, docs, miro) and able to leverage these technologies to design automated solutions.
- Research & analytical skills: experience in researching, analysing and interpreting data and thought leadership, with the ability to present information in an easy and digestible manner.
- Presentation and communication skills: proficient in developing presentations and information packs, utilising technological tools to automate content generation and enhance visual communication.
- Project management: strong organisation, prioritisation and coordination skills to effectively plan, prioritise and execute tasks, leveraging Google functions.
- Team work and collaboration: comfortable working in a team environment, fostering strong collaboration with team members.
