What you’ll do  

  • Accountable for automation up time, systems and  technology infrastructures to ensure  the continued performance and reliability of the automated fulfilment operation
  • Management of the onsite Automation team as the primary relationship holder
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and improve preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and resource utilisation
  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to the operations team in areas supporting equipment performance and reliability objectives
  • Support the delivery of quality control across all operational areas to meet set expectations


What you’ll bring 

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development
  • Experience in reliability management across warehouse automation, manufacturing or engineering
  • Proven track record of contract and contractor management and 3PL provider
  • Exposure to automation systems and suppliers, e.g Vanderlande, Dematic, Schaeffer, Swisslog, Knapp or Witron
  • Proficient in computer skills to run data analysis, create reports, graphs, charts, presentations, training packages
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline of Automation / Manufacturing / Engineering
