What you’ll do
Play a leading role in tailoring our product offering to every community across Australia; See the results of your work on the shelves!
- Identify key strategic priorities for our range optimisation program using quantitative and qualitative research
- Work with Category Managers, Planogram Planners and Merchandise Managers to provide category range recommendations
- Use Analytical tools to drive continuous improvement and evolve the ranging process in line with the company's strategic objectives
- Support the development and rollout of new tools and processes within Food Group
- Produce data & reporting, alongside creating and sharing high quality insights and presentations
What you’ll bring
You are currently an experienced Analyst with a passion for customer insights who is looking to take on a new challenge that requires expertise in driving and delivering results.
- Experience in interpreting data and deriving actionable insights to make recommendations for commercial strategies
- Able to negotiate and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Structured problem solving skills and logical thought process; results-oriented and agile mindset
- Strong Google & Microsoft suites & SQL knowledge proficiency required
