What you'll do 

Ensure our products at Woolworths Supermarkets are of high quality standards for our customers & communities. In this role, you will provide Quality & Excellence (Q&E) Specialist support to the Moorebank, Erskine Park, Erskine Park Xdock and Hoxton Park DC's in line with procedures, and processes. 

  • Working closely with different key functions / teams in the DC, key stakeholder and the Risk and Compliance team to ensure they are implementing and maintaining critical controls from the Q&E Program 

  • Assembling a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) team responsible for implementing and maintaining the HACCP system methodology within the scope of the Q&E Program

  • Identifying and investigating any non-conformances, determines and implements the appropriate corrective actions

  • Performing the periodic verification of support programs via observations taken during a site inspection / walkthrough

  • Performing the internal audit of the food safety controls and processes in the DC  

  • Maintaining the calibration and scheduling of all testing, measuring and inspection equipment, including record keeping and service reports 

What you'll bring 

  • HACCP accreditation preferred but not essential

  • Previous experience in similar FMCG distribution centre or warehousing environment

  • Demonstrated skills in administration, the use of technology and time management

  • Strong attention to detail and presentation skills

  • Strong logical reasoning paired with practical, solution-focused problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
