About the role

Your passion for baking is the key ingredient in delivering fresh, high quality products to our customers every day. You’ll join a fast-paced, energised team that loves sharing knowledge and helping our future talent rise to their full potential while keeping your own industry skills sharp.

What you’ll bring to the mix 

• A formal baking qualification or industry equivalent.
• Previous work experience in a fast-paced bakery environment.

What you’ll do

• Bring Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) to life, creating products and experiences customers genuinely love.
• Champion food safety and hygiene, keeping every station spotless, organised, and audit-ready.
• Support and lead your team, building a culture of wellbeing, resilience, and shared success.
• Stay curious and driven, constantly sharpening both your baking craft and leadership skills.
• Thrive under pressure, confidently handling the pace, physical demands, and tight timelines of a busy bakery.
