What you’ll do

In this role you will provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of ULD (Pallet Control) Officers at Heathwood (QLD), ensuring the integrity of equipment movements and compliance with pallet control procedures. You will drive high performance and continuous improvement through critical internal and external stakeholder relationships.

  • Lead a high-performing team through regular feedback and coaching to foster a culture of growth.

  • Oversee the accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly ULD (pallet control) reconciliations and stocktakes, resolving variances and implementing strategies to mitigate equipment loss.

  • Drive financial and compliance oversight by reviewing equipment hire invoices, conducting health reviews, and ensuring account compliance.

  • Collaborate with key business partners, including DC Operations, Transport, and external carriers, to troubleshoot complex movement exceptions.


What you’ll bring

We are looking for a leader with integrity and a commitment to continuous learning who can navigate complex supply chain environments and influence outcomes.

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of guiding teams toward high accountability and performance standards.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain complex information clearly with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of analysing and interpreting data trends to drive forecasting, reporting, and process improvements.
