What you’ll do

Support the Program Leads and Project Managers with governance deliverables and administrative tasks
Preparation for workshops, forums and meetings - secure facilities, build agendas and presentations, coordinate inputs, procurement of materials and any other tasks required to ensure desired outcomes
Maintenance of Project Management Tools - updating milestones, meetings, minutes, risks and issues, status reports, governance checklists and all documentation required to support phase gate approvals
Finance management - month end reporting, assist Project Managers with monthly forecast preparation, EA approvals, purchase order management, invoice processing
Administration support - capture and distribute meeting minutes and actions, prepare communications, update project schedules, maintain the program roadmap, follow up stakeholders and project team members on outstanding actions, risk and issue updates, relieve Project Managers in their absence

To be successful you will have:
2+ years experience in an administrative or support role, preferably with exposure to projects
Demonstrated ability to write, speak, and present clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings
Proficient in Project Portfolio Management and associated tools e.g. MS Project, Smartsheets, Miro, Jira is desired
High energy, team player with a genuine interest in supporting a team and the successful delivery of projects
Ability to work in an incredibly fast paced and autonomous environment and comfortably manage competing priorities
