What you’ll do
We’re looking for a commercially focused Program Delivery Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will have end-to-end accountability for the delivery and commercial success of a complex portfolio of advanced analytics and AI initiatives. You will bring together and lead multiple cross-functional teams across disciplines like data science, engineering,
Strategic Delivery: Orchestrate end-to-end portfolio solutions and lead cross-functional squads to drive high-value, tangible business outcomes.
Stakeholder Influence: Navigate ambiguity and align competing priorities through expert relationship management and adaptive communication.
Financial Oversight: Own end-to-end portfolio financials, including business cases, annual budgeting, resource forecasting, and strategic trade-offs.
Governance & Planning: Drive portfolio strategy via quarterly/annual planning cycles, showcases, and executive workshops.
Leadership & Innovation: Mentor high-performing teams while championing Agile methodologies and AI adoption to scale delivery excellence.
What you’ll bring
You thrive in guiding sophisticated data-driven initiatives through their entire lifecycle from discovery, design, and build, through to implementation, adoption and benefits realisation. Your as comfortable in a business review with senior stakeholders as you are in a squad standup.
8+ Years of Impact: Expert in driving data and tech transformations in Retail/FMCG with a strict focus on commercial results, not just "go-live" dates.
Financial Stewardship: Deep experience in significant budget management and building high-stakes business cases with sharp commercial acumen.
Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional at aligning senior executives and navigating complex corporate environments with clarity and precision.
Agile Team Builder: Dedicated to coaching high-performing, cross-functional teams that thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Strategic Navigator: Leveraging a consulting background to solve structured problems and lead through ambiguity with ease.
