Welcome to Moorebank

Located in Moorebank NSW, Moorebank Regional Distribution Centre (MoRDC) is the latest distribution centre recently added to the Primary Connect Network. 


This 34,600 sqm fully-automated facility features robotic palletisers, and the innovative air bridge connecting the MoNDC and MoRDC - together servicing over 1000 supermarkets nationwide with more than 12,000 product lines.

What you’ll do 

  • Ensure the flow of products and orders through the facility is carried out according to the operational plan, so that store orders are marshalled on time and meeting dispatch windows.
  • Identify areas for improvement, processes enhancement and optimisation.
  • With support and training, become a subject matter expert and super-user of the automation control systems
  • Identify system performance trends, unplanned faults and/or performance or functional deviations and plan, initiate and coordinate appropriate response and recovery actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain data integrity within the IT systems to ensure quality of information


What you’ll bring 

  • Proven experience in an operations role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution centre or order fulfilment environment.
  • Proven experience in a role encompassing planning, process control or workflow control with a well developed capability to measure and monitor processes and process data/dashboards.
  • A deep understanding of safety protocols and risk management, with a commitment to ensuring that safety is embedded in all aspects of operations.
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in a complex, matrix environment.
  • Exposure to SCADA systems would also be highly regarded
  • Availability to work Friday - Tuesday either 12:45pm to 9:15pm or  8:45pm - 5:15am
