Welcome to Group Enablement
Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. We’re the crucial link between our stores and the stock they need, the IT engine moving our business forward, the strategic connectors streamlining the way we work, and the forward thinkers using tech to transform the retail experience. Uniting cutting edge technology, data and retail smarts, you’ll work behind the scenes, in the margins and across every corner of the business – to uplift our capability, amplify our collective impacts and revolutionise the customer experience.
What You Will Do
As part of the Group Enablement Transformation (GET) - Portfolio and Planning team, you will sit at the heart of our technology delivery engine. You will act as the bridge between delivery teams, senior management, and Finance teams, ensuring our project and resourcing data is accurate, insightful, and actionable.
In an evolving environment, you will be shaping reporting insights that help our leaders make critical decisions about where we invest our time and capital.
- Drive the Narrative: Monitor the IT capital portfolio (risks, dependencies, benefits) and provide early-warning insights to stakeholders.
- Govern with Purpose: Define and implement data governance standards to ensure our reporting is high-quality and consistent.
- Collaborate & Connect: Work closely with Finance to report on IT delivery budgets and prioritisation, ensuring every dollar is tracked and every project is aligned with strategy.
- Champion Innovation: Continuously evolve our reporting maturity, using AI and Cloud-based tools to "demonstrate what great looks like."
- Manage Demand: Collate current and future resourcing demand to help the business understand where we have gaps and where we need to grow.

We are looking for a mix of professional maturity and a growth mindset. If you meet most of these, but maybe not all,we still encourage you to apply.

- Financial Acumen: Experience managing project financials, tracking estimations, and aligning with business strategy.
- Data Storytelling: Strong analytical skills with the ability to take complex data and visualise it for both technical teams and senior executives.
- Tools of the Trade: Knowledge of common reporting tools; experience/exposure with AI and Cloud-based analytics is a significant plus.
- Relentless Curiosity: A desire to understand the "how" and "why" behind the data.
- Courageous Innovation: The confidence to suggest new ways of working and drive continuous improvement.
