What you'll do

  • Execute the annual sourcing plan and meet Organizational Key Results (OKRs) to increase value across Digital and Technology goods and services.

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for diverse categories including Loyalty and Rewards, Web Security, Customer Engagement, and Order Management Systems.

  • Collaborate with domestic and international supplier partners to negotiate complex, major strategic deals that deliver significant commercial outcomes.

  • Drive the application of the Category Management Framework to meet business requirements within critical windows of opportunity.

  • Influence stakeholders across the Procurement, Digital, and IT teams to embed procurement best practices and ensure compliance with group standards.

What you'll bring

  • Expertise in Digital and Technology categories, with proven experience developing strategies for complex software and eCommerce platforms.

  • Experience leading multi-million dollar portfolios within a large, matrixed organization, supported by a track record of delivering sustainable EBITDA benefits.

  • Proficiency in innovative negotiation approaches and category management principles, including a solid understanding of contract law.

  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, specifically AI platforms, LLMs, and Generative AI-driven tools, including their associated legal and risk considerations.

  • Mindset that is agile, curious, and proactive, with the emotional intelligence to navigate a fast-paced and nimble environment.

  • Qualifications including a tertiary degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Digital Technologies, ideally complemented by professional accreditation such as MCIPS.
