What you’ll do
As one of our Performance & Reward Analysts, you will deliver high quality total reward analytics across a breadth of remuneration functions. Contribute to a team culture of service excellence by partnering with stakeholders across the Woolworths Group. You will identify ways to enhance the team experience through providing insights into internal and external reward trends and issues, supported by data-driven insights.
- Deliver on a range of total reward services, including: bi-annual remuneration cycles, job evaluations, salary surveys, contracts administration and management of key reward vendors
- Provide analytical support and data-driven recommendations to the Performance and Reward teams and other stakeholders
- Undertake market analysis and make recommendations in regards to remuneration levels in line with business requirements and market conditions
- Partner with our People teams to plan and execute ongoing service initiatives
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities through monitoring service performance and total rewards analytics
- Work within and understand policy and legislation changes to ensure compliance
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years in working in a Reward role, with experience in compensation concepts and HRIS systems
- Experience in delivering all elements of a Reward cycle, including annual remuneration review, short term and long term incentive plans and salary survey submissions to 3rd party providers
- Experience in job evaluations and benchmarking in large complex organisations, contract management and knowledge of KFHG an advantage
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing operational process improvements
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as keen attention to detail
