What you'll do

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, service-driven superstar to join the Woolworths People Advisory team at our Brisbane office! This is a contact centre style position with fantastic opportunities to grow your HR experience. 


You’ll be the ultimate support system for our valued Woolworths Team Members. Armed with cutting-edge HR tech and brand-new processes, you will handle inbound calls, outbound connections, and web queries, solve  pay impacting queries, benefits, and system processes in real-time.


  • Provide accurate advice to Team Members and Line Managers on payroll, benefits, and HR systems, keeping up to date with internal policies and legislation.

  • Manage and resolve HR queries efficiently to meet SLAs, while maintaining data integrity across HRIS and case management systems.

  • Evaluate and close queries or effectively escalate complex cases to relevant HR teams and external vendors for a seamless customer experience.

  • Navigate multiple systems, calls, and case management tools simultaneously to optimise reporting and service protocols.

  • Identify opportunities to improve overall service processes and maintain

  • Maintain data integrity for employee information across HRIS and case management systems.
