What you'll do

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and service-focused individual to join the Woolworths People Advisory team. Assisting our valued Woolworths Team Members with Payroll and Kronos administration, this is a full time, fixed term contract. 

• Process, calculate and maintain wage and salary records in line with the enterprise agreement

• Provide coaching and support for Team Members at all levels

• Meet all KPIs and objectives aligned to HR Service Delivery objectives and targeted service levels

• Provide exceptional customer service experiences through efficient evaluation, closure and/or escalation of all queries and advice

• Provide valued contribution by identifying process improvement opportunities

What you will bring

• Be available to work weekends

• Experience working with Kronos time and attendance

• Effective written communication skills

• Have strong computer literacy, efficiency in work and time management skills

• Bring a strong risk lens to ensure team member privacy is maintained and personal information is protected

• Be adaptable and comfortable with change; demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Drive and initiate your own capabilities and development in the role with tailored support by being willing to receive and apply feedback
